GARBAGE:
Weekly Collection of household garbage and recycling bins is covered by the property taxes that are paid by each homeowner.
There is no bulk pick up offered by the HOA.
For bulk pick up, please contact Republic Services at (510) 657-3500. If personal items are left in the common areas (dumped household goods, furniture, mattresses, etc.), homeowners will be billed for the costs of removal.

INFLATABLE BOUNCE HOUSES:
Inflatable bounce houses are prohibited on any Common Area, including the area immediately in front of you unit.

Homeowners may, with HOA’s approval planning plan, substitute or add plant life (no grass or trees may be removed) in the area immediately in front of their units.
Said areas are to be maintained by the Homeowners and if these said areas are not maintained properly, the Association will maintain them at Association’s discretion, including removal of the plant life.
