Otherwise, please contact PG&E for information about your electricity outage by calling:

• 1-800-74-5000, then
• Select Option 2 for Outage Information, then
  
• Select Option 1 for Electricity, then
  
• Select Option 2 for Electricity Outage, then
  
• Select Option 1 if you have your PG&E account number, or
• Select Option 2 if you have the telephone number used for your PG&E account
