VIOLATIONS OF COVENANTS, CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS (CC&R)

 
BLANKET POLICY FOR APPROVAL OF FINING FOR VIOLATIONS OF THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS, and for ANY OTHER ITEM DETRIMENTAL TO THE HEALTH AND SAFETY OF THE HOMEOWNERS


FIRST OFFENSE:
A fine may be assessed in the amount up to Two Hundred Fifty ($250.00).Dollars

If circumstances are such that an owner or some or all the owners cannot attend, he/she/they may submit, for the Board’s consideration at such a hearing, an Owner’s(s’) written statement outlining his/her/their perspective on the matter

SECOND OFFENSE:
A fine may be assessed in the amount up to Two Hundred Fifty ($250.00).Dollars

SUBSEQUENT OFFENSES:
A fine may be assessed in the amount up to Two Hundred Fifty ($250.00).Dollars for each subsequent offense (non-conforming conditions or actions), or upon failure by the Owner(s) to cure a prior offense after a notified number of days.

If circumstances are such that an owner or some or all the owners cannot attend, he/she/they may submit, for the Board’s consideration at such a hearing, an Owner(s)’ written statement outlining his/her/their perspective on the matter.
