Cabana available for Contempo Homeowners/Residents on Weekends

- Full kitchen (range-oven, refrigerator, sink and cabinets)
- 18 folding tables
- 117 folding chairs
- WIFI (assigned guest password will be given at the Contempo HOA Office)

- Tenants need authorization from the Property Owners

Residents of Contempo can rent the Cabana for their personal events on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) by either:
- signing up online at the Contempo HOA official website (at the link above) , or
- sign up by contacting the Contempo HOA Office at 4190 Gemini Dr, Union City Phone: 510-489-4440
Deposit:
$300.00 must be paid in full within 5 days AFTER making the reservation.
The reservation will be canceled if the deposit is not paid in full by the end of 5 days after making the reservation.
The deposit will be forfeited if cancellation is made less than 30 days before the reserved event date.

Rental Fee:
$500.00 must be paid in full 5 days BEFORE the reserved event date, otherwise, the reservation will be cancelled and the deposit will be forfeited.
